Why the Health Industry Leadership Accelerator?

The health industry is transforming faster than the leaders being asked to navigate it. AI is reshaping drug discovery. Value-based care is redrawing commercial models. Regulatory complexity is expanding globally. Yet the pipeline of leaders equipped to operate at this level remains critically underdeveloped. The cost of that gap isn't just organizational — it's personal.

Built for the Health Industry. Designed for Leaders.

Healthcare is changing fast and leadership expectations are rising even faster. HILA gives you the strategic tools and real-world experience to step into your next phase of leadership.

  • Immersive exercises and real-world problem-solving mean you leave with skills you can apply immediately.

  • A strategic leadership credential designed for leaders who can't pause their careers — but can't afford to fall behind. Flexible, applied, and built specifically for the health industry. It's not a replacement for an MBA — it's a strategic leadership credential built for where you are now.

  • Experiential learning that transfers. The Leadership Lab is a signature 3-day experience where self-awareness becomes strategy and personal insight becomes professional growth.

The Leadership Lab: A Signature Experience

At the heart of the on-campus immersion, the Leadership Lab is an experiential workshop unlike anything in a traditional executive program. What sets it apart is something most leadership programs simply don't offer: a deeply personal group coaching experience focused on group dynamics — where individual development and collective learning happen at the same time.

This dual approach — group dynamics paired with individual coaching — is what makes the Leadership Lab a true differentiator. Most executive programs can give you frameworks. Very few can give you this level of personal insight, professional challenge, and coached transformation in a single experience.
  • Discover Your Leadership Purpose
Explore how your unique background, values, and ambitions shape the way you lead and the impact you're capable of making.

  • Real Feedback. Real Growth.
Receive honest, structured feedback from peers and professional coaches to identify blind spots, sharpen your strengths, and accelerate your development.

  • Build Emotional & Strategic Agility
Develop the resilience and adaptability required to lead through uncertainty — and the strategic clarity to act decisively when it matters most.
